Professional legal representation is available in employment tribunals, courts and appeals at the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Representation is available throughout the UK.

All barristers at GRSC work throughout the UK and the employment barristers are happy to accept instructions for Scottish tribunals. Employment barristers have in excess of 15 years' experience in employment law.

At any time before, during or even following the conclusion of proceedings, you can access GRSC advice, guidance, drafting or representation. Where advice is concerned, you can choose to book in for a telecon, video- con, in-person conference or written advice.


Fees currently start at £200/hour. 

Clients can choose a fixed fee/pre-agreed fee to facilitate their financial planning.

Fees are dependant upon requirements, at present GRSC has reduced its starting hourly rate (to £200 upwards) and fees to assist people during this difficult time. Under direct access, the fees offered are fixed rate fees.
